Michelle Perrone is a rockstar in the world of health, fitness and lifestyle coaching. I've personally both experienced as well as witnessed the incredible positive changes she has brought to people's lives from numerous perspectives. Best of all is Michelle's authenticity - she WILL NOT endorse or use any product unless she herself is a passionate believer. Michelle truly changes lives...

As a knowledge fanatic, I am always on the lookout for Knowledge Management or high-level Q&A forums. Quora is by far the best-of-breed in this category. I have become more involved with Quora, and am now a daily visitor and much more active contributor. There is a wealth of knowledge to peruse, and the answers are from some of the most intelligent people on the web. Definitely a high reco!

I very rarely watch a TV series regularly, and if I do it's always "Time-Shifted" (meaning an iTunes DL of DVR)...Person of Interest, I caught the pilot at my parent's house randomly during a visit, and was hooked from the first few minutes on. Absolutely LOVE the concept, have kept the storyline fresh, and the production/acting is great. Highly reco'd!!

Have to admit, going in I thought this would be pretty damn goofy...turned out to be a triumph of the human spirit, its inspiring, heartbreaking, humorous at the right moments, tragic and then...uplifting in a realistic way. Again, went in thinking "not gonna be my deal" - and left recommending it to friends and here on Hunch!

Absolutely one of the best reads I have had in several years...and the best part is it is all true. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Belfort before his Wall Street career ended ingloriously; he was every bit the engaging, over-the-top personality depicted in his book. His story has everything - greed, deceit, drug use galore, overseas banking adventures, sinking a 161 foot yacht - a gripping read!

An absolutely thrilling look into not just the high-stakes world of being a "Master of the Universe" as a Managing Director of a Hedge Fund...but a psychological thriller that examines from many angles and many characters decisions that are made, the gray area that is truly life - and the repercussions those decisions have on multiple levels. Highly recommended (and a fine performance by Gere).

The Litigators is fast-paced, suspenseful legal thriller, a great story that keeps with John Grisham's other excellent novels. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Had to throw up some Hunch props for my personal favorite commercial of this year's Super Bowl - absolutely a lot of good ones, and of course lots of rubbish, but this one really stood out in my mind, great work by Chrysler, their agency and their creative/commercial production teams...

Just finished it, been a longtime recipient of Maudlin's newsletters. We don't always agree at all, not even here. BUT - this book is absolutely an outstanding must-read for anyone (and truly anyone, it's written in very easy-to-understand language, not EconoSpeak) interested in seeing what is truly happening to the Global economy from a Macro perspective - and how we all fit together.

An incredibly insightful, fascinating and balanced biography of one of the world's greatest inventors, Steve Jobs, founder of both Apple and Pixar (now a subsidiary of Disney). The author truly shows Jobs in a very intimate manner...it's spellbinding and leaves you understanding both Jobs incredible gifts as well as his very human failings. An absolute must read for generations to come...

All I can tell you is it is simply one of the very best business books I have read in years - literally read it through in one sitting. If you are already in a startup venture, or you are considering one - stop writing the business plan, download this book and make it an immediate read. I've gone through three startups, and I wish I had this book to read then! Gets my highest recommendation.

This one went a bit under the radar but it's one of my all-time favorites. No silly happy ending, and based on true events, with enough drama added to make a very compelling story...

I visit Grand Cayman on business and pleasure several times a year, and the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman is the only place I'll stay on my trips (sometimes, if I get a group together, we'll rent 1-2 condos...even then I find myself walking on Seven Mile Beach back to the Ritz). Impeccable service, beautiful ground and facilities, incredible views from the spacious guest rooms...highly recommended!

The flood of information and unprecedented transparency reshaping today’s business world has dramatically changed the rules of the game. It’s no longer what you do that sets you apart from others, but how you do what you do. Whats are commodities, easily duplicated or reverse-engineered. Sustainable advantage and enduring success now lie in the realm of how, the new frontier of conduct.

Absolutely riveting snapshot of the 36-hours inside an investment bank as staffers slowly learn all night they are effectively not just bankrupt - but that the whole country is about to experience a financial catastrophe that no model ever could have predicted. Really highlights the individual reactions of 6-7 main characters... riveting stuff, and stays far enough away from getting to technical.

As a long-time Coldplay fan, I of course held some pretty high hopes for their new album, Mylo Xyloto. It hasn't pleased everyone, to be sure - I hear and see almost as many Coldplay fans posting negative reviews as positive. It is different in their past work in some ways, they explore several musical avenues, even a pop song with Rihanna. Personally, I love the experimentation. High reco!!!

Quite simply one of the best films of all time, Polanski at his finest. The sets, the soundtrack, the details of Los Angeles and The Water Wars circa 1937...an amazing film. And a personal favorite.
