Everyone always say that New York is saturated with single women and men have an easier time of it finding a girl. ACtually, the numbers are against that. Unless you live on the upper east side. But who wants to live there anyway?

Does anyone else remember this song? Even better when a big house beat drops in partway along, but the creepily exultant chorus still holds up. A little bit early 90's, but hey. Ground had to get broken sometime.

It's my favorite chill techno station. It's almost always good, and almost always appropriate to one's mood. If you're like me, a dancing partier lying fallow indefinitely since parenthood and oldness kicked in. It's got a beat, it's just chill. Grownup techno.

These are the sickest sounding speakers I've ever heard. I think I've heard a couple three good sound systems in my day too.

Documentary/reality camerafolk and producers! This gizmo is a huge improvement on the way on-camera lighting looks. Not like a cop flashlight in your face anymore. Lighting from on-camera is a necessity sometimes, and this takes the curse off it.

What a fantastic museum! New yorkers take heed and go. I've been here since 98, worked in the building next door, in the field of moving images, and still never got around to going. Go! "Real Virtuality" exhibit is up until june 15, worth catching.
