This is a great app that runs on your Android phone and helps you follow a running program, specifically, the Couch To Five K program (C25K) and some other variants.
The Free version will get you started on any of the programs, so you can see if it's for you. I really am getting a lot of it as I try and move from my completed C25K through the Bridge to 10 K.

I love this quote from Jobs about Android: “Google, you fucking ripped off the iPhone, wholesale ripped us off.” Grand theft. I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank, to right this wrong. I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product. I’m willing to go to thermonuclear war on this."

The new Launchpad from Texas Instruments is a wonderful tool for programming a low power microcontroller. At only $4.30, it is amazingly cheap. Compare it to the Arduino programming environment to get an idea of what it is and what kind of applications it can be used for.

Not a perfect game, but it's so cool to be Batman. Lots of gadgets, huge play area, and some real skill goes into the fighting. You can bluster your way through a lot of the campaign, but get into the challenges and you really have to do it right.
