Oh, my. Someone hit paydirt with this idea. It's like being able to enjoy a movie that isn't really your taste.

Good time waster. Plus it has to do with music, which is always good.

The entertainment world needed someone to make light of its more over-the-top behemoths. Where would we be without this guy?

Say / think what you will about Michael Jackson now, but back in the day, THIS was the album to have. A classic - showcases his enormous talent just before fame & fortune got the best of him.

Another classic from the "class of '84" - one of Prince's best.

A classic metal album, ushered in a whole new era of the genre! RIP Dimebag Darrell.

A showpiece of Trent Reznor's maturing musicianship & his clever marketing strategy for its release. Worrisome if the dark future described in its tracks comes to pass...

A seminal work by Def Leppard. One of the best rock albums of all time. 7 tracks of 12 were released as singles~!

Oh my, where to start? A classic. Trent Reznor proved in 1994 that the idea of a concept album is not dead. Despite the fact that it is best known for "Closer" the album has so much more content to immerse yourself in. Works well with the disturbing videos that were produced to accompany some tracks.

Yes, it is a classic DM album. Not the "be all, end all" but several songs found in their greatest hits originated here.

HOOKED on this show. Hasn't gotten any less intriguing as the seasons progress. The characters you like one week you find yourself not liking the next. It's also very satisfying to see some characters get what's coming to them as well (never thought I'd applaud someone getting shot in the back of the head!)

Definitely gets my attention after years of reading comic books. Makes me feel grown up seeing some of the folks in the movie who apparently still do.

Without the Interstate Highways, driving from place to place in America would take entirely too long. And the nation's overall growth accelerated once it was in place - the dominance of rural locales took a back seat (no pun intended) to urban sprawl. Which is a debatable subject in itself...

Lasers, liquid nitrogen, college pranks, fixing a sweepstakes drawing, POPCORN? What's not to like!

If there really were such a thing as time travel, how it's used in this movie is the way I imagine it would work.
Cons: The romance is a little contrived.

Very eclectic soundtrack, lots of NY loft house hits & a little weirdness thrown in for fun.
Cons: Watch the movie first.
