An unexpected good read. I had heard this was a soccer mom porn puff piece - but I ended up really enjoying the struggles of the characters just trying to figure their relationship out. Many of us can relate to that aspect.

Yep, I'm definitely not too high brow to admit I flew through this series as a summer read. Solid "girl porn." No, they are not fantastic pieces of literature but can't one read a book or book series just for pure escapist enjoyment? Plus, they have a much more developed story line than a typical "romance." Still wonder what the heck a spreader bar is.

I'm surprised that this book hasn't made it to Hunch yet ... It's a good story full of passion. Perhaps some of the phrases are repeated a little too frequently, but it doesn't really detract from the story (nowhere near as bad as what we read in the "Twilight" books).
