scholarly book showing significance of habits & the big impact on large groups as well as individuals. Full of illustrative examples. be advised - not "self help". I wish title didnt include "how we can change it." its intellectually interesting, but imo, offers little help in the way of practical application. If you're looking for "how to" develop/change habits; there are more appropriate books.
