It is off the charts in regard to original concepts of fantasy. What a story! However, as you read, you'll swear you've read the same passages earlier. It takes will power to keep from skimming. I really think this amazing writer would benefit from a good editor.
The vivid imagery, story line and imaginative concepts make the trilogy worth the effort.
BTW, you'll gain 5 pounds in the reading. :)
