I love love this vegetable, and its rather easy to find at Asian markets. You can identify it because the leaves are spear shaped and its stem is hollow(in Chinese its called Kong Xin Cai(empty heart vegetable), in Indonesian its called Kang Kung,Philipines-Cancong, Thai-Phak Bung. Stir fry it with Garlic
