I wouldn't wonder if Al1 or Fortress were the killer - I wonder where the other two bodies are. Three in the canterbury tale - with the additional figure of death, who seems to gather his victims through trickery.

Maybe... even the author of this film! (DAH nunh! <-- 70's suspense/reveal sound effect).
