A quarterly journal from the minds behind Momofuku: Its a magazine for the serious modern foodie. Lucky Peach generally has a strong theme running throughout each issue, but that doesn't stop it from being irreverent, funny, and extremely detailed. I love love this magazine.

I actually got this first issue of Lucky Peach because it was about ramen—entirely. That's the point of the mag, to completely explore a single topic and give you recipes, better understanding, and restaurant options. Also has an iPad app, but I can't attest to that in the same sense of the magazine. Has some bad language.
