I bought one of these recently from Home Depot and it's an amazing work horse. DeWalt construction, Honda motor, Caterpillar pump- how can you go wrong? Amazing pressure which zapped 3 years of grime from my wooden deck with ease, making it look new. Like any gas-powered appliance, it does require care & maintenance, so you can't just use it & neglect it!

Be careful getting back out on your deck barefoot. I too was amazed what a good pressure wash could do and was pleased to see the green patina gone from a wood stair case I blasted...the washer cleaned so well my new hazard was getting splinters running my hands along the wood hand rail.

gas-powered pressure washer? ROAR! I used a slightly older version of this machine when my friend was opening Southpaw in Park Slope. The basement walls were covered in layers upon layers of paint and faulty sealant, but this thing cut through it all and saved him a lot of money in labor expenses... partly because he exploited his friends :)
