One of my favorites by Robbins, actually probably my all time favorite by him. I remember how surprised I was at his ability to engage me with this intricate yet easy to digest style.

If you want to fall in love with Tom Robbins books this is the one to start with. The interweaving of disparate language, worlds, times and ideologies is a talent that I'm not sure any other author can match.
