Excellent, eccentric band. I love their drummer. He has the most unique grooves. You won't hear a basic hi-hat, snare, bass drum beat from him. Very creative. Check them out! First saw them live at the Lovebox festival in London in the summer of 2010 and I fell in love.

magical, melodic, nuanced. wild beasts capture desire and sensual impulses in a way that most modern artists have trouble with (or they likely just don't want to): subtly. the instrumentation is delicate and abrasive at times, but never overpowering (excluding limbo, panto). definitely worth a listen, especially "The Fun Powder Plot."
