Good movie, with a good story about a bad lieutenant doing bad things with bad people, even though he has a good girlfriend who has a bad way of living with bad habits. The movie finishes with a bad good ending or a good bad ending. I'm confused in a good way.

This lieutenant is so bad my friend shouted "Shame on him!" during the movie. Indie dark comedy at it's best.

Loved this movie! outlandish, morally ambiguous, definitely not mainstream despite what you would expect from mainstream actors. A true "root for the bad guy`` kind of movie. Not a typical Werner Herzog movie but if you are a fan of his crazy style, you will like this I am sure.
