I have a lot of trouble falling asleep. Melatonin is a supplement that you can take to help regulate your sleep cycle. Apparently it only works on 1/3 of people or something, but it works on me, and I think it is great. Doesn't make you groggy or "out-of-it." Just helps you fall asleep more normally.

My Doc told me it only works if taken sporadically. Sometimes it helps, who knows. Better than getting up to do laundry at 3. Hey, I can always log on to hunch
