Fantastically fulfilling! Gets you to go beyond your comfort zone and is very calming. Hitting a runners high is a very Zen experience, keeps you coming back for more. Best of all, you get to do it all at your own pace. Cons: Not every run is fun. Some of it is hard work, harder than you imagined. You do get aches and pains and need regular practice.
Stay fit, better breath, you don't need a hecka lotta equipment, you can do it by yourself, running with friends is fun. Also gives me time to just think. Cons: Can be rough on your knees, and it can be hard to set a good pace for yourself that's not too hard, but not too easy either.
This is good for your heart and helps you breathe better. You can run cross country which is more fun than running around a track. Pasta parties! Cons: Building up the endurance and motivation to run for miles.
