There is no better auditory experience on Earth. It will change how you think about yourself as a person, and about the world at large.

Love Radiolab.
"Radiolab believes your ears are a portal to another world. Where sound illuminates ideas, and the boundaries blur between science, philosophy, and human experience. Big questions are investigated, tinkered with, and encouraged to grow. Bring your curiosity, and we'll feed it with possibility."

This is far better than jamming other peoples fingers in your ears or eating the pages out of books.

Very well edited, the music and sound FX add to an excellent podcast of scientific ideas and theories, all presented in an interesting way and related to current events. Especially like the "music" topics like the effect of melody on the brain. In my regular list of podcasts.

Mind Blowingly good public radio programming. The Podcast on Emergence changed my life.

Making science topics entertaining and interesting. Sort of like a radio version of Freakonomics, or certain Malcom Gladwell essays.

This would be a dream job. They take those little moments from your day dreaming and turn them into informative and entertaining sound bytes. Like random archeology.

Best podcast there is hands down. And I'd say that even if my uncle wasn't the host. But seriously, they're like 6th on iTunes and the production that goes into them is mind blowing. Listen to one and you'll get hooked.

THEY SHOULD DO A RADIOLAB ON HUNCH.COM far and away my favorite podcast. thoughtful and inspiring topics - a good mixture of human interest and fairly rigorous scientific discussion.
Cons: can't they hustle up the content, already?!
