Amazing. For the metropolitan areas think New York but cleaner, safer and more friendly. For the country side think majestic, rolling hills and unending fields of rice and tea leaves. The best food in the world! As a foreigner you may never fit in but the people there are some of the most generous, friendly people I've ever met. If you could go anywhere once, this should be at the top of your list
