Her comic is the kind that seldom appears,
genuinely smart& innovative.
More often than not, she is teaching her readers. From Victor Hugo novels to Ada Lovelace's relationship to Lord Byron.
In the end she has a sharp wit that is unwavering and unmatched by any other comic I've seen!
She doesn't just do history but I think it's her specialty.
Wikipedia is handy if you aren't a history major!

I finally gave in and downloaded this game. So many levels to play and tons of fun. Almost zero learning curve too which is important for me as I don't like to spend the time to learn how to play video games. Best dollar I've spent in a while.

My closest friends are extroverted 'rovers' and after almost a lifetime of wishing that I could be as outgoing and uninhibited as them, this article was illuminating and brilliant.
Society really does punish introversion, but this article sheds some light on why its so sick and misguided to try and 'cure' shy people with drugs.

This is an amazing website. It features t-shirts for men, women and children using the book cover designs of great classics or original art designs based around the titles.
It also supports the Books For Africa foundation and donates one book for every shirt sold.

I love this! Great Expectations is one of my favourite books. Those special Penguin Classics book covers are really pretty, they should make the entire set ;)

Oh wow. I discovered Regina Spektor all the way back in 2006 when she released Begin to Hope. She's got such a great, raw sound.
I'm not a huge fan of her latest album Far, but her old stuff is beautiful.

" A true princess never trips or falls- she merely saunters vaguely downwards." And other stellar advice.

Love Lady Gaga's new song! Definitely not as great as her others, but still addicting and catchy. :)

Horrible book but this is a great song. The trippy 80s effects are a bit hilarious.

Definitely a club staple. Pretty fun to dance to. Not exactly a piece of great art but definitely fun and catchy.

Good for when you're in a somber mood. Best described as an orgy of folk, noise, and shoegaze.

This is probably my favourite remix by Pogo, though Bloom is a very close second. Really clever and catchy. It sounds and looks really pretty.

I saw Boy and Bear last year, supporting Lisa Mitchell and they were great. They have a very distinctive sound, but you also definitely get hints of Fleet Foxes amongst others. It's really pretty.

I really enjoyed this. The combat is pretty simplistic. It's basically "run vaguely in the direction of an enemy and mash A", but there are more challenging mobs as you progress. The storyline is fun and I love how much freedom there is. The characters are very vivid and I loved the celebrity voice-overs. Especially Simon Pegg!

It's like a dope. Only not so lethal.
