Problems uploading a picture.

Very often when I'm trying to upload a picture from my MacBook Pro the upload doesn't work. It starts uploading, but the picture is not appearing in the field above. Even with very small pictures. What could be the problem?

We have had some bugs around our image uploader that we're looking into. Should be improving over time, but lots of edge cases for us to try and tackle.
@kb8cd-
There are a few ways this can happen. The most common is that a recommendation is made, but Hunch already had a listing for it somewhere. We try to catch duplicates when users first recommend things, but if we find a dupe later on then we have to merge the recommendations. This can lead to things like images, metadata, links appearing to change.

Hi all, just wanted to report that I'm had a similar problem trying to upload an image. Hunch suggested all the wrong images taken from the recommended websites URL, and wouldn't allow me to upload an image that I had downloaded to my hard drive. This was true with both Google Chrome and IE 9.
