Excellent show about Soviet spies in 1980's America. Intelligent and riveting.

I'll never watch Babe the same way again. I watch this show with the quilt over my head. Jessica Lange is AMAZING.

This DVD had been sitting on my To Watch stack for ten years before I finally watched it. I tried when I first got it but yanked it out after five minutes. Should have had more patience. After ten minutes I thought I had it all figured out, but I was wrong. Ebert was right on the money: "Diabolical and absorbing."

Heard this on Late Night recently, with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots playing along. So catchy! And I thought I was too old for this sort of thing. Very cute, catchy tune, but I did have to ask my 14 year old niece what the heck that song was.

This really disappointed me as an X-Files fan. There was a standard set, and this could have been a plot for Criminal Minds. Chris Carter made sure that there would be no 3rd X-Files movie. Just not nearly enough paranormal weirdness, and after everything Mulder & Scully went through, to see them revert so melodramtically was exasperating.

A blind, uneducated white girl is befriended by a black man, who becomes determined to help her escape her impoverished and abusive home life. Set in the 60's. One of my favorites.

A newspaper editor uses every trick in the book to keep his ace reporter ex-wife from remarrying. Gotta love Cary Grant.

Classic screwball. Cary Grant was a babe-and-a-half.

The best screwball comedy, in my opinion, even though Cary Grant isn't in it. A wealthy heiress meets a "forgotten man" in the city dump during a scavenger hunt. Hilarious and romantic.

I have to admit I didn't like the ending, as I didn't see justice being served, but it's been over ten years since I first read it, and it's still with me. A Maori woman who has taken great strides to become a hermit meets a mute, abused boy and gets pulled into his life.

This is the 2nd Elvis Cole novel. The World's Greatest Detective takes on the Yakuza as he searches for an ancient Japanese relic and the missing daughter of the man who borrowed it.

Since I picked this up at Target I've watched it five times, and I'm still not sure when the movie actually started. Cause & effect, or is it the other way around? It's not the greatest movie I've ever seen, but it still has me thinking months later.

Excellent thriller. Normally we only see the murders from the police's point of view. Here we get both the killer and his alter ego. Truly suspenseful. After I watched it, I immediatel watched it again, then a third time with the commentary on. I almost never do that.

One of the greatest movies I've ever seen. I've seen it dozens of times and it's still brilliant.

Nathan Fillion is so yummy. The show is well-written and fast-paced. But I'm getting tired of being teased with a Castle-Beckett romance.

Freakin' awesome: Holmes and Watson in the 21st century. Makes me wonder if Jeeves and Wooster would work in the now.... But three episodes for the first season? THREE?? What the hell?
