Light is an intelligent student at school, but he is bored. One day he finds a notebook called Death Note with rules that say"A name of a person written in this book shall die" in this anime You'll be silently cheering for both sides. Both Light and he's rival are highly intelligent. Both want justice, in their own way(one with God-complex).There aren't many masterpiece like this, so don't miss it

Story: A japanese tourist by accident witness "phantom's" last murder, He then get's brainwashed and loses his memory. A girl called "Ein" starts training the tourist with no memory (now called "Zwei") to be the perfect assassin. it'll keep you attached to the computer/TV screen for the entire time, you'll almost start biting nails. only downturn is the slightly confusing ending it has.

in the beginning of this I thought it was just going to be an action anime, with a boring plot. It turned out to be so much more than that, Character development was great and their story's of the past was touching, at some point I even needed to dry my eyes. It also have many hilarious moments. Story: They are in a afterlife, where they fight because they don't want to vanish or turn into NPC

When I first heard of it, I thought it was just for kids. Although it is suitable for kids, it's still good entertainment for adults(like me). The story is colorful and fun, but sometimes it can get really serous too. The Story is about the 4 elements: Fire, Water, Earth & Air. The only one who can master all four elements and keep balance between the different Tribes is the Avatar.

Kemono no Souja Erin in japanese. This is a story about Erin as she grows up, go thru hardship and upturns to become a great "beastrinarian"(a type of veterinarian) just like her mother was. one day she sees something called "Ohju" (Fantasy Beast),she becomes fascinated of the wild Ohju, and want to learn everything about these Beasts. if you love animals this is an must watch anime.

This has for a long time been one of the top 3 Shounen anime's (other 2 is Naruto & One Piece)with good reason. Ichigo is a boy who can see and talk to ghosts. One day he meet a Shinigami(Eng. Soul Reaper), a certain event make her unable to fight something she calls "hollow", the only way out is to transfer some of her powers to Ichigo. But somehow he ended up taking all her powers.

Do you like vampire-storys with romance mixed in? Then this is something for you. Yuki is a prefect in a seemingly normal school, the school have a day-class and a night-class. Yuki and Zero protects the secret of the Night-Class being full of vampire's.Yuki and the school Headmaster's goal is to make humans and vampires to co-exsits. It won't be an easy task.

In the beginning of the movie I was confused on several points. As the movie progressed, everything that was confusing was cleared up. This is the second movie for the director Goro Miyazaki (Hayao Miyazaki's son). The first movie was decent(Gedo Senki), but with this movie he made leap forward to become a great director. I was satisfied with this movie, Studio Ghibli rarely dissapoints me. :)

in InuYasha you are taking a journey from the Normal(and Boring) World to a much more interesting Era with Demons and Half-demons-half-human along with Kagome (the main Character). as she goes back and forth from these two world's so are the viewers doing too. it's a journey packed with action, adventure and comedy, and also some Romance. *Cough*ICan'tStandKikyou*Cough* only let down for me xD

First off: I've only seen the anime based on this manga.
When I started to watch it I thought about it at decent. But slowly started to like it more and more. Fairy Tail is about magic guilds, and mage's and such. It's about the close friendship in the Fairy tail Guild, they all stand together in fights, No member is left out. They get stronger and justify unfairness where it's needed

I bought this movie on a whim just because it was labeled as anime. I didn't have any high expectation on this movie at all, but I was really pleasantly surprised. as it said on the Dvd-cover: it was almost painfully beautiful. Both in story and art. it was a fascinating mix of high-tech and post-apocalyptic theme in this movie.Never seen anything like it.The only let-down is: it was to short

The relationship between Hogarth and the giant. Thoughtful and morally aware. Attractive animation style.
Cons: It is hard not to roll one's eyes at the villain's incompetence and closed-mindedness.

This is one of the most touching movies I've seen. A dog waits for his owner by the train station every day, until the owner one day dies at work. Then it keep waiting for every day for ten more years.

This one is an underrated anime, the type people often think at first glance "I've seen this story-line thousands of times", well something in it can be like that at some points, but how often do we see something completely new? Rarely. when that's said, this story keeps you entertained all the time and make you laugh,sometimes even hysterically. ..But I do wish for a second season.

means "song of the sun" also called "midnight sun".Found this movie after reading the manga, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Story was nice and I loved the music. Story is about a girl who is allergic to sunlight(some kind of disease), so she is only outside at night time. She always sings and play her guitar when she's out.This is a sweet love story with a little drama in it

I was almost scared away by the art of GTO, but I gave it a chance. Only thing I want to complain about is the ending, it was to sudden.You probably won't come across a teacher like Onizuka, and the "messed up" and not to mention Hilarious ways to get his awful students to behave and like him. If you can look away from the art and want a good comedy with a interesting story, try this.
