Restaurant is large, but deceptively intimate. Everything from the salad dressings to juices are made in-house. I recommend the cranberry juice, corn bread with honey butter and chicken pot pie.

Homestyle Italian restaurant, located in the heart of South Philadelphia. Come with cash and patience, no credit cards accepted and you will certainly endure a long line.

Azealia's bombastic music reminds me a great deal of M.I.A. "212" is a great track, although perhaps best reserved for after dark listening. Not sure how well this song would go over with a cup of coffee in the morning. Listen here: goo.gl/0sMyX

This album is phenomenal! But I just saw them live and I was everely disappointed. The music they "played" was cluttered, distracting and overwhelming. Nothing like the simplicity and precision of the album.

You can't go wrong with the Hero with pork meatball and spicy meat sauce. Warning: the savory, melt in your mouth meatballs will most likely put you to sleep.

Thought provoking documentary about the future of mankind that is sure to have you postulating endlessly with friends for weeks debating its validity.

By intuitively bridging the chasm between siloed consumer internet services, IFTTT has endowed non-developers, like myself, the ability to manipulate APIs in a way previously unimaginable.

One of the best drip coffees I've had in New York City (Brooklyn included). A very raw and open interior lends itself to great morning conversation. Not a great "workshop" --> small, wobbly, restaurant-style circular tables don't lend themselves to productivity.

Solid coffee + ample desk space for working on your laptop. Can be a bit noisey so bring your headphones.

Phenomenal analysis of the parallels between mind and machine maintenance. Pirsig artfully humanizes philosophical postulates into palatable concepts.

Great outdoor seating on a warm night. The Pasta du Sud (fresh tagliatelle pasta, tomato sauce, green olives, basil and reggiano parmesan cheese) was delicious.
