Hope it is good! If you can get Greek, plain yogurt, it might be creamier and maybe not need the sour cream.
I make lots of dressings and sauces with yogurt. Just add balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce to taste, or make a sauce for chicken with plain yogurt, orange marmelade, and dijon mustard, with a little curry or ginger.

Might- is right! Ha. Yogurt with chopped mint is good too! Just be creative and have fun. I need lots of calcium, so yogurt is my best bet. Enjoy!
