Research shows that Cardiologists often order an unnecessary test when other less risky, noninvasive procedures give them more accurate information. Angiograms include the injection fraction which requires the catheter to be inserted past the aortic valve for 5 minutes, increasing the risk of dislodging clots, stroke, and arrhythmia.
All for an extra $300. Time to stop fee for service abuse.

Yeah, it's beautiful. But I forced myself to watch it a second time to be sure and nope, just don't like it. Maybe a third time will be the charm, but I doubt it.

I read this in my early 20's and was converted. Then I saw its predictive value for Earth (and mankind) was zero to negative infinity. Rand fails to account for chaos and complexity in life and tries to explain success in terms of self-interest. The problem is most of the time neither we (as individuals) nor society can accurately judge what is truly in our self-interest in the moment.
