The recipes are brilliant. Tried the beetroot soup (the first variation) and it turned out amazingly tasty (from a guy who's never been into beets). I didn't try out the samosas but I think I'll try them this weekend as well. I love the way she writes, the photographs, and the way she's curating some of the simplest yet tastewise most winning recipes out there ...

because the stories are amazing, the recipes even better, and the photographs are to die for sometimes ... doesn't get any better than this
