Much less crowded than resorts near the front range. Great terrain and great snow. Really cool town.
Cons: Huge pain in the ass to get to when driving in from the east. Easily over a 7 hour drive from Denver in the winter.

Great school, beautiful campus, everything on campus is within walking distance, excellent undergrad engineering programs

Awesome roller coaster. If you get in the front row it really feels like you are flying because you can't see anyone else or the track.

Great for road trips, especially if you add a cargo rack. I have fit 4 people plus camping gear before. AWD.
Cons: Not great mileage for a car this size (~25 highway), but that is a trade-off for the AWD. I like the 06-07 body style better.
