Has a nice lullaby quality if you sing it just right
Cons: A singer in a smoky room...
A smell of wine and cheap perfume... needs a rewrite for the kids

Sang a capella by a group of about 25 seniors as I graduated from high school and forever ingrained in my head as one of the best songs ever.
Cons: References to drinking whiskey and the day that I died might be more than you want to sing to your little ones.

Me too! Love it but don't have the same luxury as girls with brown eyes. They all have blue so I've rewritten the lyrics, "You my-y, blue eyed girl!"

When my daughter was 2, she got this blue nightlight shaped like a bird. I changed the lyrics to "Blue bird" to sing about the new light & haven't been able to switch back without her calling me out!
Cons: Seems little dark; it's not, but I don't care for singing about "dead" to my kids

Cons: Camera is on the wrong side. Battery life is pretty bad
