great read and if you're into audiobooks it's even better to have mindy read it to you.

this popped up on tv the other day and not only did i watch it all, i realised that i knew the whole script off by heart... and the music... and i still loved it all. forget the two films that followed it. this is totally the matrix to the spy who shagged me's reloaded and goldmember revolutions.

it's too easy to plug-in and too powerful not to be using. (if you're on spotify, hooking in last.fm is a no-brainer.) however, it's true that the site can sometimes feel a little slow to move with the times. a sleeping giant, but a giant nonetheless.

fantastic service. i'll ditto everyone who's saying "ipad app please" and "better two way spotify-last.fm/hunch recommendation integration".

Very, very, very beautiful film. But don't go in expecting answers or resolutions (or even questions and a plot). And truly wonderful sad acting.

Insanely brilliantly useful. Imagine all those annoying nags to auto-share your activity on sites but actually turned into a fully functional service where you are in control. Put the internet to work for you is exactly what this does, whether autosaving a liked GReader post to Evernote and Pinboard, or simply tweeting a beloved scrobble. (And yes, I'd like there to be a Hunch channel there asap!)

Rob Brydon and Julia Davis are exceptional in their portrayal of six dysfunctional couples. A bit of a hidden gem, this one.

Grant Morrison, writer of the multi-award winning and generally excellent All-Star Superman (among other books), is on incredible form in this book. Both personal and broad-minded, culturally sensitive and politically aware, I can't recommend it enough.

It doesn't exactly get better every time you watch it, just more watchable. And it's so well packaged and put together.

Great writing, great acting and an old-fashioned sense that everyone involved really really cares about making the show unique and wonderful.

This project began from the theory that humans are made of cosmic matter as a result of a stars death. Torres beautifully illustrates this with his series "Stellar"

Really smooth, good alternative to peppermint tea. Perfect for late nights.

A proper London Gin, distilled in Highgate and with a fresh, creamy bouquet. Its name comes from the use of Boswellia Sacra (aka Hougary Frankincense).

The editorial team do a great job of both curating what's hot and up-and-coming on the web and also of managing their community. Very impressive all round. :)

Ditto mixtil, and it's well written throughout.
Cons: Occasionally willful anti-Tory bias around election times.

Extremely well researched and avoids lazy gimicks. Startling evidence.
Cons: No easy advice beyond, "eat plants".

Very frequently updated, very very funny
Cons: Can't think of one
