I've been using this exclusively at work instead of my magic mouse. They both have their benefits, and of course they're both Apple quality, so they just work.
Cons: Switching from a mouse to the pad can be comical. More than once I've found myself actually grabbing the pad as though it were a mouse...and then quickly putting it back down again. Embarrassing.

Suddenly topical again with a Supreme Court vacancy, Louisiana oil in the news (BP spill) and the recent death of Robert Culp. A great suspense movie.

A great President-based movie, that turns an unlikely scenario into believable reality. Some memorable moments and engaging characters. Very watchable for anyone who enjoys presidential politics.
Cons: Requires suspension-of-disbelief to appreciate. If you're hung up on reality, you'll have a difficult time enjoying this film.

A long-time St. Louis tradition. It's a 2-hour round-trip from my home now, but a Frisco Concrete is still worth it! A unique social gathering spot after the Muny or Cards games.

Great ergonomic design. Very comfortable keypress/feedback. Full array of special-purpose keys for OS X users. I work with numbers, so the numeric pad is desirable and useful.

Best mouse I've ever used. Finally, no more gunked-up mouse balls or scroll wheels. Feels perfectly natural in my hand.
Cons: Heavy users will shake their head at the short battery life. People with large hands tell me the shape is uncomfortable. Sometimes incidental gestures create unwanted actions.

The most drool-worthy computer I've ever owned. At least once a week, someone will pause as they walk by my desk and mutter something like "....wow, nice display...where's the computer?"
Cons: Not everyone makes the same trade-offs of time, money, ease of use, style and speed and this computer isn't for those who want to spend $300 for a netbook.

Compact, fast, easy to use, inexpensive and versatile. I've spent much more for other scanners, but this is the most useful I've ever owned.
Cons: Not a complete scanning solution. I still use a flatbed scanner for things that can't go through the ADF.

One of my favorite films. Hackman and Cruise are excellent in their roles. Suspense, action, intrigue, subtle comedy and many great supporting performances. Watch it again and again.
Cons: Unfortunately it features some goofy computer antics that weren't realistic at the time the movie was made and are laughable now. You have to grin and bear a few parts until the real action resumes.

My first car! Fun to drive around in simpler times. Unique styling. Mine EVEN had an AM radio!! Relatively inexpensive for an upscale Beetle.
Cons: Battery caught fire the first day I had it. So under-powered I had to drive on the shoulder going up steep grades in order for others to get past me (going about 15 mph - as fast as I could.)

I'm biased - N551ES is mine, all mine. Garmin G1000 glass panel. XM music, traffic, weather. Pretty cool. It literally is my flying IRA account.
Cons: Not for the faint of heart, either from the standpoint of fear of flying or financially. Not unusual to get "repair bills" that are more than my house payment. Ouch!

My number one pick for WWII comedy. This is a Spielberg masterpiece. Chock full of stars and brilliant performances, capped off with a spectacular final scene. Oh, and evergreens that walk, too.
Cons: Not long enough to completely satisfy me. :-)

Glenn Ford was perfectly cast in this WWII epic (my favorite until Saving Private Ryan.) Lots of great action scenes plus a fun way to learn some history. Maybe even a glimpse of cultural empathy.
Cons: Who knew Charlton Heston was such a nutcase when he "starred" in this movie. He was awful, along with his son in the movie, Edward Albert, Jr. Horrible casting - hold your nose when viewing!

I think this has become the number one all-time WWII movie. It combines action, with depth of character, gut-wrenching emotion and under-played acting in a way no other WWI movie has. Tears flow.
Cons: We probably could have done without Vin Diesel in this particular movie. His portrayal was an outlier that detracted from an otherwise excellent movie.

I am nowhere near the target market for this movie, but I wanted to see what the fuss was about. Amazingly, I found myself watching it and not turning it off! The football scene was "interesting." :-)

I marvel at the creativity of this movie every time I watch it. Terrific suspense without terror! Wonderful, rich characters. Subtle humor. Little things count - turn into big smiles on your face :-)
Cons: Complex plots take time to develop, so it does require patience to watch. The intrigue is small and subtle so if you need explosions and car wrecks and guns blazing, this will not satisfy you.

Although full of plenty of angst and conflict, this still ends up being an enjoyable feel-good movie. Lovable characters, well-played by well-cast actors. We all have our own stories to relate to.
Cons: May be a little ponderous and unbelievable to those who prefer a little more action and special effects.

Characters were so neatly defined in this classic from another era. You never really have to guess about much - the plot is simple enough to anticipate but still enjoy. I've seen this many times.

I still watch this movie years after it was released. You believe George C. Scott IS Patton when watching his masterful, brilliant performance. A classic, top-10 "war movie."
Cons: Reflects the gender stereotypes of WWII years. Women were nurses or housewives, not soldiers. Modern women who serve in the military might not like this movie.
