All good ingredients - even the olive oil, which is nutritionally impeccable (your body needs some oil, so have the best). If its not olive oil, avoid! Very moreish.
I can't believe there's a packet mix for this (maybe the picture will change eventually). Anyway, don't ever eat packet mix hummus!

yes, high in fat but the chickpeas are so good for you that you can justify it and if high quality olive oil is used then its good fat anyway
