Well written. Easy to follow. Great examples. If you are using pivotal tracker or any agile methodoligies. You need this book in your life to help your product team- get out of its own way.

Very interesting read. Shows how Mark, for all that's bad said about him, was truly forward thinking and building a technology company/platform where as others were building websites.
