A wonderful, well researched, way to think about healthful movement. I met Fred Hahn last year and although I'm slow to do what's good for me, Slow Burn is a great 30 minutes every few days. Do it at home, do it a gym. And by the way, eat as suggested by Fred and the Eades: low carb.
