Really slick PDF reading app. It's got text reflow with scrolling, so you don't have to pan the screen around at all. The only way one could possibly read ebooks on an iPhone.

Best online dating site hands-down. Great interface, app for every phone, incredible match-making algorithms based on questions you answer. FREE! I have to disable it from time to time because it gets too addictive :)

Still gotta be the most powerful IDE on the planet. There's nothing Eclipse can do that Emacs can't ('course, it's a lot easier to do in Eclipse until you've gotten Emacs memorized). Virtually 0 memory footprint too, that's a boon!

Mind-mapping + GTD + TODO. The best of RememberTheMilk, Google Tasks, Mind-Meister, and all those. Very feature rich, syncs with your iPhone/Android, publish to the web.

I've been looking for this tool forever! Only down-side is you have to know Emacs, which aint an easy thing to pick up if you just want to get up-n-running with org-mode
