Mmmmm... Everything about this dress is yummy! The color, the fabric, the cut. Make the outfir pop with bright heels; red, blue, pink, yellow, green, purple.. Or keep it classic with a black heel.

The heels on these aren't too tall, and the double buckle is very cute. I'm already wishing for warmer weather to wear these in, though I bet they would look great with opaque colored tights.
