Finally, houseware in stainless steel! Most housewares are only available in chrome or nickel (if you're lucky) plated steel or plastic. Asian manufacturers are soooo cheap that they don't think anyone would go for the extra bucks to buy stainless steel products. Kudos to SimpleHuman for addressing both lux and pedestrian markets. SS cans about 80% more $$ than their plated or plastic counterparts

Not only are the slope graphs elegant and minimalist, but the article about them (link) is well studied, well thought out clear and concise (despite it's length; that is, the useful information per word is high) and well written. Here is clearly an experienced pro in the field of presentation and communication whom anyone with information or data to present is well advised to read and follow.

Excellent quality, reasonable price, fair traded coffee and roasted a little darker than most if you like that sorta thing.
Carol, the owner is a blast to talk to (although I she seems to have sampled a bit too much of the product for her own good. Not there often as it's far from my nabe so I get the beans to go or buy them online or from other, closer retailers who carry Gorilla Coffee.
