Reason is my fave virtual studio and the v. 6 (released 10/2011) contains many improvements and additions. Excellent bang for the buck it offers an endless variety of aural discoveries and delights for those willing to tinker a bit. No VSTs but one can always ReWire it to a host. Audio recording was added in v. 6.
Btw. the picture is of ReBirth, not Reason.
