It has a full QWERTY keyboard and the WiFi reception on the device is pretty good. Quality of the built-in OS is good.
Cons: The keyboard is small and hard to type on (having typed on an iPhone keyboard before). Also, the quality of the operating system is good, but there are not as many updates as the iPhone

extremely sturdy build, but also quite compact. good battery life (for a smart phone). very solid feature set includes ability to view and edit Word & Excel documents, view PDFs.
Cons: occasionally spotty call quality performance. middle-of-the-road reception. 3G capability, but limited to AT&T for U.S. networks. built-in email program works, but is somewhat lacking in features.
