It's a nice phone, but the speed is not fast enough to run iOS4. Get a iPhone 4S if you want to buy one nowaday.

Nice feel, reliable, light. Negatives: battery life, can't change battery, flash disabled, no front camera.

really easy to use, ton of fun apps, even though the charging cycle is pretty short, and really easy to sync your music library through itunes . but bad bad bad camera quality.

My favourite in the iPhone series, costs way less than the iPhone 4, and it's only beaten by it in some trivial areas. If you're a user of iTunes, and an avid music fan then this is the phone for you. It's a good all around phone too though, and my favourite so far. Go iPhone 3GS!

Simply great!
Cons: I only got the Touch though. Had to wait for the stocks. Very rare piece of technology here. And I spent most of the money. Wahehehe. Got an earful from my parents.

Best smartphone OS - software is revolutionary and provides a stable platform. Sleek design. App Store is even greater revolution with the ability to add amazing functionality to the phone
Cons: Closed Source. Only one service provider - AT&T. Doesn't come unlocked. Bad reception in major US cities. Costly hardware and monthly plan. As compared to Android, no integration w/ Google services

Incredibly innovative device
Cons: AT&T, if you live in New York City

I love my iPhone, wouldn't trade it for the world.
Cons: New iPhone is coming out in a couple months, if your in the market you should most likely wait it out.

Awesome, innovative thing.
Cons: Really awful from a free software point of view.

Very easy to operate, and personalize. There is an application for everything under the sun.
Cons: None in my book.

Tons of third-party applications are available for free or for extremely low prices. Nice touchscreen, occasional (free) software upgrades. Many accessories available.
Cons: Long-term contracts in some regions -- 3 year contract + $199 phone in Canada.
