I grew up on a game estate, and ate... what I believed for years to be... far too much of this. Red meats! Fat! High-density cholesterol! Aaaah!
I can breathe a sigh of relief: at least according to this page, my childhood cochonnerie has in fact got health benefits. Now why is it so unpopular and so difficult to find? Are so many people put off by the idea of eating Bambi steaks?
