We love our Macs, but the Finder does not even begin to cover our needs when it comes to working with files.

You will love this software and it will become the pivot point of your everyday work on your Mac.

I find it very frustrating and disorienting to use Apple's Finder. This is a much better replacement. Apple definitely got out-innovated with the "drop stack" feature.
Cons: Costs money and the 30 day demo pops up a "buy me now" dialog every time it starts. I'll probably wait for Snow Leopard to see if Apple's Finder has improved. OS integration is important.
