Just bake canned sardines whole!
1.Crush a clove of garlic
2.Seasoned with a little pepper or salt
3.Bake to a simmer
4.Pour on a little soy sauce according to taste
5.Serve with nice and brown French baguettes!
No baking dish and no plate.lol
Don't burn yourself. ;)
But I do wonder only the Japanese do something such as this.....?
