nice healthy food. kimchi is always been the choice of the elders in some towns. i really haven't eaten one yet, but i am sure this one is yummy!.:)

I got this cookbook for Christmas from my in-laws. It is the companion book to the cooking show starring Marja and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. It is beautiful and really deconstructs how to make just about every Korean staple recipe I was taught by my father and adds a few tips and tricks as well.
