An independant film by director David Gordon Green, that follows the relationship of Noel, an 18 year old virgin returning to her small rural hometown and Paul, her Brother's friend, eager to put his womanizing past behind him.
Not a ground-breaking love story, but a film with relatable (not always likeable) characters and brilliant character development.
One of Deschanel's finest acting roles.
