I hate to be pedantic but I have 2 bones to pick with this article:
1. Don Draper's drink of choice is an "Old Fashioned", made with Rye.
2. The single most important factor in the flavor of Scotch is that the drying malted barley is exposed to smoke from open flames often fired by local peat as opposed to say Irish Whisky where the grain is dried so that no peat smoke is infused into the grain.
