There are a fair amount of nifty (and free!) camera apps on the Marketplace, but this is my favorite. 7 different camera effects including motion, panorama, and fisheye, 8 distinct film effects, you can even change the shutter speed. Cons: A few settings and features that supported in Korean only, can only turn off the sounds by silencing my phone
