I'll have to look for this, looks yummy, as do all things Japanese to me, except for horse meat sushi.
Love the sentiments in Japanese culture, to be thankful and so positive. As in the opposite of Western Culture, to take time off where we are thankful to be 'out of this place' for a week, the Japanese apologize for leaving the coworkers without the extra help and promise to hurry back.
