Onigiri (not a sushi) is like the sandwich of Japan. super easy to make and surprisingly good, theyre a huge snack food in northeast asia where 7eleven is the largest producer of Onigiri. Check the web for recipes and how to videos. All it takes is some rice, some nori, your favorite filling and some furikake.
