Skilled writer of 30 rock fame and actor in Community also raps under his alter-ego of Childish Gambino. His lyrics are honest and often hilarious, dealing with the cultural divide between being 'hood' and 'black' as well as his childhood and rise to fame.

So good. "Camp" is the first album I've opted to pay for in a long time. (on pre-order, listen for free on NPR) The sound is new and fresh, the lyrics are smart, funny and on point. A serious piece of art.

He is not only an accomplished actor (He plays "Troy" on Community) and writer (For 30 Rock), but he is also making a name for himself in the music industry. He has an album coming out on the 15th of this month called "Camp" and will soon be a well known name by fans of hip-hop and rap worldwide.
