Loosely based on Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, Daniel Isaacson composes a collection of his memories and details about the relationship of the people in his life and those involved in the treason case against his parents. The prose is very good in this novel, Daniel's voice is intelligent but is confused, angry and conflicted. The narrative is not tied to a linear structure and seems authentic.
